About
Gravestone QR Code is a UK online memorial service that links a gravestone to a lasting digital tribute. Families create a free digital memorial page in about five minutes, adding a loved one's name, dates, biography and unlimited photos. Each page has its own QR code, which can be downloaded as a PNG or SVG and never expires. When you're ready, you can order a laser-engraved QR memorial plaque in Welsh slate, English oak or brushed steel. Plaques are outdoor-rated, made to cope with British weather, and posted free anywhere in the UK, ready to fix to the headstone. Visitors scan the code at the graveside to see the memorial page. Pages can be public, private or password-protected, and hosting is included for life with no subscription. Gravestone QR Code also offers pet memorial plaques and replacement plaques. Founded in 2026, the business serves families across the UK online.
