About
My Termite Company helps Los Angeles homeowners, builders and business owners stop termites and household pests. Our family has run the company since 2008, and we work under California Structural Pest Control Board license #7487. You get a licensed inspector who checks the attic, crawl space, walls and exterior. You get a written report in plain words, with a clear price for each fix. We tell you what your property needs, and we skip what it does not. We handle termite inspections, termite treatments, fumigation, wood repair, termite prevention and yearly maintenance. We also control ants, cockroaches, rodents and other pests at homes and commercial sites, including offices, schools, restaurants and studios. A quick termite estimate costs nothing. A full inspection package costs $60 and a Pro inspection costs $85. Our fumigation work carries a 2 to 3 year warranty. Our wood repair carries a 30 day warranty. Our crews serve Los Angeles, Pasadena, Burbank, Glendale, Alhambra, Highland Park, Eagle Rock, Silver Lake, Echo Park, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, West Hollywood, Studio City, Sherman Oaks, North Hollywood, Canoga Park, Calabasas, Downey, San Marino, South Pasadena and La Canada Flintridge. Visit us at 930 Colorado Blvd STE 1, Los Angeles, CA 90041. We open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, and on weekends by appointment.
