About
Zipic is a native image compressor for Mac and Windows with a built-in CLI and AI skill. It compresses, converts, and resizes JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, AVIF, JPEG XL, TIFF, GIF, PDF, SVG, APNG, plus ICNS on macOS and ICO on Windows. Batch jobs return per-file results; the CLI supports structured JSON, meaningful exit codes, --dry-run previews and target file size. Claude Code or Codex can use the Zipic skill to run local image workflows. Everything stays on-device. The free tier includes 25 images per day; Pro is a one-time purchase with lifetime updates. Windows is available in beta.
