Change a cost and the prices follow. The customer sees one flat price before the work starts, with no clock running. At the house, show three options side by side: good, better and best. The customer picks one on your phone or tablet and signs on the screen before you start the work. When the job is done, turn the signed quote into an invoice with one tap. Send it as a PDF by text or email, and see what is still unpaid. It also keeps your customers in one place, with names, addresses and past jobs. Write down what to do on site as a job or work order, and mark it done when you finish. For a remodel or a new build, bid the job with a line for each part and each hour, and send it as one clean PDF.
