SysInfo EML Viewer helps users open, read, and preview EML files without installing an email client. It supports files created by Microsoft Outlook, Thunderbird, and other EML-compatible applications. Users can add individual files or an entire folder and view message details, including To, From, Subject, Date, email body, and attachments. The software handles multiple EML files. Users can save messages in different formats. Supported export options include PST, MBOX, EML, EMLX, MSG, DOC, PDF, Thunderbird, CSV, XLSX, OFT, and WDSEML. The preview displays email content and attachments before export. Users can select messages and choose a destination for resulting files. The software is designed to retain folder hierarchy and helps users access saved email data for review or sharing. Additional features help organize email data during conversion. Duplicate removal identifies repeated messages using To, From, Subject, Cc, and Body criteria. The Date Filter selects emails within a specified start and end date. Users can save messages with or without attachments, store attachments separately, or save them as PDF. Large resultant PST files can be split into smaller parts, and previously transferred data can be skipped. SysInfo EML Viewer supports Windows 11, 10, 8.1, 8, 7, and Windows Server 2008 and 2012, in 32-bit and 64-bit environments.
