It displays message details, including sender, recipient, subject, date, and body, helping users access saved emails independently. The software supports multiple MSG files in one session and handles files without a stated size or count restriction. Users can add individual files or an entire folder, view email content, and inspect associated attachments. It can also save MSG emails as PDF, making messages easier to review and share with people who do not use Outlook. A Date Range Filter selects email data between specified start and end dates. The Naming Convention feature lets users name resultant files using details such as sender, receiver, or date. These options help organize exported messages and locate relevant email records. SysInfo MSG Viewer supports MSG files created by Outlook 2019, 2016, 2013, 2010, 2007, and earlier versions, as well as Exchange Server. Its standalone interface is useful for reading old MSG messages, sharing email content with non-Outlook users, and inspecting messages when troubleshooting access issues.
